Anybody know of any dates or any events for VN Owners? Would be fun to hold a event somewhere with lots of curves, like lets say Tail Of The Dragon. There are just 2 VN's registered in my state so finding fellow VN owners around here is very limited. Ha.

Well....seeing how I've never planned an event in my life. Ha. Have no clue where to start. I guess pick a date. Curious though if Hyundai would sponsor anything if contacted about a big North American VN Meet-Up of all the Owners at Tail Of The Dragon. Sounds like to me it could be a huge press PR for them!

The second week of October til mid November is the busiest time of the year at Tail of the Dragon. If indeed we do get a meet together I can take yall on some better roads with less police presence. Mooshiners 28 and the Devils Triangle along with some other roads in TN, GA, and NC.

More motorcycles as well. I'll pass!

Try the Million Dollar Highway, US 550 from Durango, CO, north to I-70 then back down thru all the major the ski resorts. Best driving roads, in the country. Go as fast as you desire, without guardrails.

I havent done that yet but I will say that PCH from Morro Bay to Carmel is pretty special along with Pikes Peak in January with an inch of snow and ice on the road. Did Pikes Peak in a rental crappy DCT Focus in mid January and they had only plowed up to Devils Playground. Sketchiest crap Ive ever done.

I can definitely recommend Pike's Peak in the Veloster N. Was probably some of the most fun I've had in the car, honestly. Throwing it around some of the switchbacks was nerve racking for a guy from the mountain-less lands of Mississippi, but very fun. I admit I did go in early July, so there was no snow except for some at the very peak from the week beforehand, so the roads felt safe to have fun on.
