What does everyone use to set their TPMS sensors to their winter tires? Tire Rack recommends an AUTEL TS-508 $275. I found an TS-501 on AMAZON for half that.

I had a tiny FOB for my Fiesta ST and it was around $30, I am sure a similar item exists and you can point me to it. Thanks in advance.

Recently bought winter tires & rims from Tire Rack and TPMS reset after driving about 10 miles. No tools need!

I just got a set of OEM wheels used and it didn’t have any sensors. I ordered the proper mhz sensors and I am wondering if I could install the set on the wheels instead of paying for the tire company to do it? Do I have to program them or something or will the car do it by driving them around for a few miles?

I’ve had 3 sets of wheels on mine, including the original set. In each instance the car just recognizes the new sensors without any issue.
