Called out of curiosity. The Hyundai splash guards are only for the Turbo model and will not fit the N. Our fancy rear bumper and side skirts cause fitment issues. Looks like its just Rally armor until Hyundai decides to make an OEM option for the N.

Looking at the Rally Armor option, it seems like they stick out quite a bit on the fronts? Anyone have these installed? Would love to see some better pictures of the front. The Rally Armor website doesn't really show a good angle to see how much they actually stick out in the front.

I'm thinking of putting a set on, but I'm a rally fan. I'd expect them to stick out about 1/2" to 1" from the edges of the car. I'd be curious to know if anyone's put them on just to see how easy it is. I'm thinking the bright red ones. ;)

Just by looking at the hardware provided, it doesn't look to be very difficult. I do like that fact that they offer lots of color options! They even have a black and performance blue option!

If I were to put them on I would be between the black w/ red and the white ones. I feel like the white ones would quickly become brown/gray ones though hahaha

I have them on my car. It was extremely easy with an offset ratcheting screwdriver that cost me all of 5 bucks. Anyone could do it. The only pain in the ass is the mount that has to be installed for the back ones. Not hard, but awkward angles and long screw to bolt combines to make it a little annoying for sure.

Can you post some pictures to get a better idea of how much they stick out? And just the overall look of them

Happy to share pictures. Just got back from the grid (gravel roads) though and it was raining, so this may be the first pictures of a really dirty Veloster N on the site. If you want pictures of them clean you will have to wait for the weekend when the rain stops. I tried to pick angles that would show how far they stick out (front and back), as that seems to be what y'all are interested in.

Obviously for actual mud, they are useless. See pics. But for the rocks oh man. When I took the car home the first time and I heard the gravel crunchin underneath. These definitely take care of that issue.

They look nice! The black really blends in well and looks OEM. They don't stick out nearly as much as it looked like they did on the website. I might have to pick these up eventually, I don't use gravel/dirt roads often but highway rocks and salt in the winter are not fun either.

Thanks for the pictures!

Yeah, I like these too. 10% off at GenRacer with the code FIREWORKS till I think July 8th. I just cant decide if I want black with white lettering or black with red lettering. Decision, decisions...

Best regards,

Well, I went with the black with the red lettering to match the red accents on the car. I am glad I did this because of the sale.

Best regards,

I would get a set but i have a problem with the way they stick out , its a streamline thing i have never liked the look . i had a 15 rspec and had factory styled ones on it. i grew to accept the look because they did ont stick out all that much and blended in towards the top . it allways looks to me as if you have taken a set off a larger car and thrown then on , or may be too large for application . the proportions are off to me. If the top 40% of the flap would angle in to the finder edge it would not seem so out of proportion to me

At the risk of resurrecting an old thread, rather than start a new "look at my RallyArmor flaps" thread, I figured I'd just add my just-installed flappy pictures. You can also see from the driver's side view the "brake dust spatter" all over the side panel that I've been getting from my commute; I'm hoping this helps with that.

Note: When you take the OEM screws out of the back, put them where you won't step on them. I got everything installed just fine, then when I went to step back to see if things were lined up, I punctured my heel on one of those damnable little caltrops... (not bad, just hurty)

Otherwise, have to say, they went in easy. This Youtube tutorial was really helpful, although the paper directions were pretty good as-is:

I'm diggin' em. I know they're not to everyone's taste, but I'm a rally fan at heart, so...
