There are a few PP Veloster Ns around the Bay Area. Wondering if anyone here has experience buying from one or another. They're mostly all marked up, some more than others, but if I'm going to buckle down and accept some markup, I want it to be going to a decent dealer, and not a scummy one...

I got a very good deal at South County, down in Gilroy. They locals (Stevens Creek, Capitol and Fremont) were useless/over-priced.

I ended up at Future Hyundai in Concord; couldn't talk them down off their upcharge, and didn't get a great deal on my trade, but they were all ready for me when I got there, and the paperwork went really fast. Nice people, just not sure I'd go there with a trade-in next time. All that said, I don't regret getting the N PP in perf blue.

Bought a white PP VN At Stockton Hyundai Thursday. They have them advertised for $784 dealer discount + $500 rebate.
They had two blue pp's and a red base on the lot.

I just picked up a blue pp from Capitol Hyundai in San Jose. I got $1000 off msrp plus the $500 rebate. They still have a blue, a red, and a black pp. They also have a black base.

Rebates on automobile purchases, unless stated otherwise in the contract, are usually credited to the buyer at the time of the purchase. You do not have to send anything in or wait for a check. The dealer is given that money from the manufacturer or other provider of the rebate. You should check your contract that you signed in the finance office. You should see any rebates itemized as individual line items on the purchase agreement. If you do not, and this was something that you had agreed to in writing, you should contact your dealer and ask them to explain this to you.
