Are these safe to use on the 19 inch oem wheel?

I was looking to potentially swap out the chrome oem acorn lug nuts for these. Has anyone done this for their oem wheels?

Amazon also says it fits, I bought them from ebay for cheaper, they are the same product. However looking at the oem lug nuts they look like they have a greater clamp down force, due to it's surface area (There is like a little lip around the oem lug nuts that forms at the base of the angled portion of the lug nut) . Reason why I wanna swap them out is that I have seen some owners strip their oem lug nuts, plus I think the all black of the White Knight's would look better.
