I have spent a couple of days using the site and have just a small critique. I have used many forums and one lay out that seems to work well is the most recent posts on the home page to include stickies. As of know it list the most popular topics. I took me longer than expected find my own posts.

Just click on your username. user profile, click on statistics, find all posts for user. It will list them newest to oldest.
