Need adivice/help on my gearbox issue (notchy 1st to 2nd gear)

I bought the 2021 veloster N manual this year at its 13000 miles. After a thousand miles of driving I noticed the 1st to 2nd gear is very notchy most of the time. When I tested drive it, I did not realize this because it was not frequent for me to use 2nd gear from 1. But during daily drive, there are occasional chances the change from 1 to 2 are buttery smooth relatively, and that make me more and more anxiety when it feels notch. The other gears feels OK and downshift is fine too. Of course I always press fully the clutch.
Thanks for the forum, I learnt alot eg. changing to better trans oil, even reset the linkage but no help to me sadly. Well, first 3 days after the linkage adjstment, the gear change from 1 to 2 was much better (notchness 20%) however then the notchyness came back (notchyness 80%).
The notchyness feel is diffirent and super random, 1: it feels there is a door stopping me shift to 2nd from 1st, wait for a second will reduce this feel. 2: when clutch is pressed and gas is released, there is a roughly 1 second that the stick does not want to leave the 1st gear (like sticky to the 1st gear). 3: Sometime it feels like I am passing 2 or 3 teeth when slide into 2nd gear, I feel the obstruction during the shift. I remember someone describe it as you are shifting in a box with rocks. Besically, sometime you feel you are shifting in a box with oil, most of time you feel you are shifting in a empty gear box. No griding sound. It is smooth when engine is off. Shifting to 2nd in high rpm can make the feel better but I can still feel the notcheness. Doesnot matter if the car is warmed or not. Sometime it was smooth right after the first start and notchy later.
I tried my best to explain how I feel. Any suggestions guys? Sychronizer peoblem? I am not very good at machenics, I am planning to visit my dealer to see what they say, but I do not hold too much hope since it is occasional issue and people in the forum seems did not have a luck with the dealer.
