KBB has just posted up their video review of the Veloster N. Micah was very impressed with both its pricing and performance and thinks it sits well above the lower spec models. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better valued hot hatch on the market today.

The more I hear the exhaust pops, the less I like it. Could get a bit annoying if it happens every single time you let off the gas. It seems like this is more pronounced in the N driving mode.

What I like most about this review is it takes us through a lot of city driving scenarios that we're likely to be in. Most reviews lack this perspective.

The Veloster N was built to be zippy in these situations and so far Hyundai proved that to be the case here.

It does seem like the Veloster N excels in the corners, and I'm interested to see some head to heads on some closed circuits. Great to finally see it in a new color as well.

Tires will hold it back and I hope anyone serious about performance gets that addressed before setting expectations because it makes a big difference on the street and track.

There is a reason why Hyundai is currently leading the WRC races these days, and some of that tech is finally starting to make it's way into their production models. Fingers crossed that we don't see huge markups from dealers.
