Hi All

I'm Rob, from Bradford just north of Toronto.
Am patiently awaiting delivery of my performance blue Veloster N ordered it 7 weeks ago. I was initially told 4 - 6 weeks delivery,
Now being told it will be here January 18th.
My previous car was a 2015 Genesis Coupe 3.8 GT, which was unfortunately totalled in a 13 car pile up on the highway.
Prior to the Genesis I drove a 2012 Veloster Tech.
I am currently recovering from shoulder surgery ( not related to the crash ) and should be getting the go ahead to drive right around the time the "N" arrives.
Ordered tint, winter rims and tires from the dealer and weathertech front liners from Canadian Tire so should be all ready to go.

I hope you are making arrangements to get your Veloster N's paint protected right after taking delivery. If not I suggest you start weighing out your options.
Whatever method you decide on, keep us posted!

Hopefully they can meet that delivery date for the end of next week. Bet you are eager to spend some seat time in the VN. Congrats and welcome to the forum.

Loved the Genesis.
Hope the VN turns out to be a good replacement.

Just don't expect the torque to kick as much as that big 3.8 because you know the saying... no replacement for displacement.

I currently don't have a car and just got the go ahead from the surgeon to drive again following surgery.
Will be really disappointed if it's not in today.
Can't wait to get back behind the wheel !

Awesome ! Glad to hear it. Picking mine up tomorrow afternoon. Window tint is done and the winters are on.

the sound in person is incredible ! the color looks soo much better in person

my tint is being done next week . My winters are on ( michelin pilot alpin pa4 ) :grin:

currently having it ceramic coated right now !

Picked her up yesterday afternoon. Going to get quote for paint protection film today.
Sounds and drives awesome, although have to wait a few days before I can put the windows down due to tint.
Also stopping in at costco to pick up a pair of Michelin stealth wipers for the winter. ( $9 each at Costco ).

Got several quotes for paint protection film.
Ended going with the dealer. They offered to do it at their cost and are giving me 2019 Santa Fe for a couple of days whilst it's being done.
Shout out to Newmarket Hyundai.
I have found them to be honest and have always treated me fair and with respect.

I am seriously considering trading my Fiesta ST for the N...

I run my ST in Autocross events and would do the same with the N if I get it.

Keep posting on how you like the car...
