I've listened to some of it, not all of it, and contributed to the comments in the video.

Seems like there is a common pattern of confusion on the web about the pops and crackles in the base VN vs. the PP VN.

Good to see a review of the base. Not sure why he says no adaptive dampers but they are the same as the PP. Pops and bangs vary depending on temperature and other conditions but I've owned both and can confirm they both do it just as enthusiastically.

The dude talks out his ass a lot. He is clueless. He didn't do his homework and I LOLed when he said he can feel it down 25 HP and he could feel no LSD... when he's in a slow corner and not getting on it.

I wouldn't say the guy is clueless. He raced professionally during his younger years. I'm sure he has a decent handle on the dynamics of driving a car.

I like Joe Raiti and his reviews quite a bit!

It does sound like he didn't realize you could go into N Custom mode and adjust the suspension. And that is something frankly Hyundai salespeople should know about when they demo the car.

As for "feeling" the 25 HP difference, I'll give him the benefit of a doubt.

Thx,
- Joe
