I'm shopping for a 2020 VN with PP in the Chicago area, emailed dealers yesterday and so far one has replied, got a quote for $28000 for an all-cash price on a in-stock chalk white VN for $30500 incl.PP, cargo tray, and wheel locks. I'm waiting for other dealers to reply tomorrow when they re-open, how is this deal so far? I have no trade-in and would indeed pay in cash.

That's a good deal from my shopping for a 2019. I got mine for $28,500 and it took a week of them thinking about it to make the deal. I told them I would wait for a 2020 and just get a leftover 2019 for cheaper and that's when they decided to cave.
