Picked up my VN a few weeks back and haven't enabled Bluelink yet. This is the first new car I've owned in the "connected" era. It looks like there are some nice convenience features, but I am also cautious about essentially providing Hyundai will all of my driving habits and travel destinations. Anyone here using it and have thoughts one way or the other?

I think Bluelinks is pretty useless. Before I bought the car, I learned about Bluelinks and I had read that it could be used to start the car remotely, and I was really looking forward to that feature. Then when I bought the car I learned the harsh truth and was extremely disappointed. I definitely will not renew the subscription when the 3 years is up.

Especially nowadays with the N monitoring what gear it's in (neutral), parking brake check or the ability to brake itself etc you'd think remote start with a manual would be doable.

I guess the safety of leaving the car in gear when parked is still a necessity.
