Hello,

I just had my first service for the VN a few weeks ago from a Hyundai dealer. The details of the service provide appear on myhyundai. However, I am getting a nag message on bluelink in the car and on myhyundai.com that the car is due for service.

Did the dealer forget to flip a flag or something?

Any tips?

Hi Joe,

Sign in to BlueLink, go to the right hand top corner with the 3 horizontal bars, click on them.

You'll get a sliding window from the right. Go to My Account, then on the top row, click on My Preferences.

Click the little down arrow in the middle of the page and choose your preferences. You can opt out of all or some.

Then back arrow to the My Account page and you'll see Privacy. Click TCPA consent edit. Uncheck the blocks checked.

Hi,

So I went to myhyundai on my laptop web browser, and also went to mybluelink on my Android app. I'm afraid I couldn't find the preferences you mentioned. Which device or computing are you describing?
