Went ahead and changed the oil and oil filter, transmission fluid, spark plugs, cabin air filter, intake filter and used the Berryman valve cleaner. Car runs amazing and like new!

Never heard of Berrymans before but I’m looking to do this service to my N as well. Just hit 40k. Anyone else have experience with this stuff? Thanks for sharing!

I plan on pulling the intake manifold off at around 50K. I have a catch can on the car since day one but I'm still expecting a ton of carbon buildup on the valves.

How does the valve cleaner work

Chemically dissolves and breaks up the carbon, so it can be literally combusted and blown out the exhaust.👍🇺🇸

I used the CRC intake valve cleaner and there was a huge difference after I performed the service. However, it requires two people. I have two Berryman intake cleaners in my shop now. I will do my daughters Tucson hybrid this Spring and my car again in the Fall. The Berryman allows one person to do the service and the reviews have been good. The key is to keep up with it and do it at least once a year. I also run a catch can, but that is no solution; just a help.

Berryman's has been used by a number of our members (myself included) - with positive results. Well worth a try every 10k miles or so. I'm going to do my intake service here in a few 100 miles. Going to borescope the valves before/after. I'll post later.
