2021 Veloster N

Hello everyone! I am new to this and Veloster N is going to be my very first car purchase. I test drove the 2020 PP twice and was completely blown away by everything, very close to buying it but I did see the new 2021(or is it called new?) Veloster N launched in South Korea a month ago. Though I don't care much about DCT, they did improve the interiors, added sunroof, etc.

Any possibility of all that coming to the US? Plus I live in Midwest so does anyone know if they will release one with heated seats?

I do expect prices to go up if you want all the additional features but I think those additional features might convince my gf to drive the car(she finds it a bit claustrophobic inside)... do 2021 cars launch in Fall or we just don't know

Where are you getting this info on updated specs?

All I've seen that's new for the 2021 is DCT and new seat option with backlit logo, neither of which are particularly appealing to me.

I saw some images and YouTube videos also Hyundai South Korea website - New Veloster N

I agree! I am more interested in manual and the performance seats are great but not something I would really wait for. I feel heated seats and sunroof would be my main concern since the winters can be harsh at times (Chicago).

I don't know about sunroof, but I do think those N light bucket seats are coming here as an option. Plus, the updated UI of the infotainment system looks lot nicer too! However, I just got this car for a really good deal so no 2021 for me haha.

Yeah not sure if anyone on here knows details about 2021 specs. I'm the opposite, I'd really like cooled seats here in SoCal 😅

And I'd expect 2021s to start hitting dealers around late summer/fall, though with all the stuff that's happening who knows if that affects their delivery timeline...
